Easy and Delicious Vegetarian Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cans of red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of diced tomatoes

- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder

Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in the diced onions and green peppers and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
