Spiced Sweet Potato Samosas: A Flavorful Twist on a Classic

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, boil the chopped sweet potatoes until tender.

  • Using a fork, press the edges of the dough together to seal the samosas.
  • Repeat this process until all the dough circles and sweet potato filling have been used.
  • Place the samosas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the melted butter over the tops of the samosas.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  • Let the samosas cool for a few minutes before serving.
