Creamy Parmesan and Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

  • Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and garnish with additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
