Spicy Korean Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
